The Team Leader has a pivotal role in managing the day to day delivery of services. The Team Leader will provide leadership and supervision to teams while ensuring the development of the service in line with national standards and best practice.
Job Responsibility:
Assist the Team Manager with the management of the services
Person centred planning in line with Personal Outcome Measures ethos and practice
Resource management and staffing – including rosters, staff development
Facilitating communication and professional leadership
Ensure a good quality of life for the people supported
Ensure that the life of each person reflects the organisation’s core values
Requirements:
Level 7 or 8 in Social Care / Nursing plus proof of Coru registration
Obtain or commitment to obtain Level 6 in Management
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Intellectual Disability
