Job Responsibility

Providing personal care, including supporting with dressing, toileting and washing
Key working a small group of clients
Organising and facilitating activity sessions
Maintaining client files and support plans
Informing senior colleagues and adhering to safeguarding procedures
Working in partnership with individuals, carers, service providers, voluntary sector and other professionals
Working as part of a team
