Job Responsibility
Develop and implement annual social & digital strategies aligned with brand DNA across digital media
Lead high-quality content creation including videos, visuals, live streaming and interactive campaigns, and partner with KOLs and platforms to enhance influence
Manage social communities to boost user engagement and loyalty, and execute integrated digital campaigns for key moments and product launches
Monitor and analyze performance data, generate insights, and continuously optimize strategies to improve reach, engagement and conversion
Requirements
10+ years of working experience in digital marketing or social media roles with full-cycle campaign management experience
Deep expertise and passion for digital & social, with strong insights into local consumer behavior on WeChat, Xiaohongshu and Douyin
Skilled in using analytics tools to evaluate content performance and ROI, and turn data into actionable strategies
Excellent end-to-end planning and execution ability for cross-channel campaigns, with experience in building online-offline integrated brand engagement and conversion closed loops
