Job Description

Supports the editorial and ambassador program through talent communications, content administration and community moderation. This is an execution-focused role with high attention to detail and clear ownership of comms and workflow tasks.

Job Responsibility

  • Monitor daily community activity on the private Facebook group
  • Assist with approving and declining posts as per group rules
  • Provide encouragement and support to Junis on their posts
  • Help clear spam and moderation alerts
  • Help escalate relevant issues to patient support, medical support, health coaches, or the engineering team
  • Approve member requests
  • Help maintain moderation logs
  • Respond to TikTok, Facebook and Instagram comments
  • Manage Facebook, Instagram and TikTok DMs
  • Track metrics from the community (e.g. join rate, engagement)
  • Be the first point of escalation for patients arriving on social media channel
