SoC Design and Development Manager

• Drive the development of methodologies for efficient and effective SoC design, including analog, RF, digital, and software integration
• Implement and maintain robust design and testing processes in coordination with quality teams
• Lead cross-functional teams such as EDA & DevOps, digital physical design, and custom layout to achieve organizational objectives
• Define and manage the IP roadmap, resources, and platforms for diverse product lines
• Coordinate project schedules across competing priorities and ensure timely delivery
• Recruit, mentor, and develop your team to meet the challenges of a competitive industry
• Conduct design reviews, resolve complex design challenges, and drive continuous performance improvements

• A proven leader with 10+ years of experience in SoC and mixed-signal design, including 5+ years in leadership roles
• Deep expertise in mixed-signal/RF SoC development and industrialization, with a successful track record in volume production
• Solid knowledge of hardware and software project management, including Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with automotive core tools (e.g., FMEA, APQP/PPAP) and Zero Defect Strategies
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and align teams
• Fluency in English is required
