Snr paralegal (fast-track career opportunity) - corporate

• Coordinate and manage due diligence processes, including document collection, organisation, and review
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements relevant to HKEx, SEC, and other applicable financial regulators
• Assist in the preparation of transaction documents including prospectus, verification, board resolution, etc.
• Develop and implement standardised processes and templates to improve efficiency in transaction management.

• 1 to 5 years of Legal experience in Corporate
• fluency in English and Mandarin
• Bachelor of Law or from relevant studies
• NY Bar qualifications is an asset
