Job Description:

The Snr. Analyst Strategic Finance will work closely with the Snr. Manager Strategic Finance to serve as a Finance liaison to the Company. This role is responsible for supporting the GTM function of the organization with strategic decision-making and strategic initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with a predetermined sales team in order to understand key drivers of the businesses, transfer insight to the Snr. Manager of Strategic Finance, and facilitate specific analyses
  • Responsible for the area budget and monthly forecasting
  • Work with the Data Analytics team in order to deliver consistent messaging on results and metrics
  • Work with the Planning team in FP&A to identify cost savings and/or secure resources for the business
  • Review and understand financial statements and allocations
  • Assist with headcount planning to ensure team is able to deliver their targets
  • Monitor commissions earned on a monthly basis to ensure teams are on target for hitting OTE
  • identify reasons when targets are not met
  • Work on business and/or executive presentations and dashboards
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and other projects as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field Required
  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in an FP&A role or Corporate Finance
  • Proficiency in building financial models
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Strong strategic skills, with the proven ability to identify and assess key points, implications and recommendations
  • Strong verbal and written communications
  • Excellent time management and organization skills

Nice to have:

Master’s degree in Finance, Computational Finance, Statistics or an MBA preferred
