Microsoft Advertising is scaling its Gaming advertising business and is seeking a passionate, innovative, and broad-thinking Account Executive to work on approaching agency teams and helping take our media offering to the next level. This is an opportunity for you to share our story in the market and build relationships within the Xbox Game advertising landscape. We’re looking for an experienced Account Executive with previous experience working within Media and/or Ad Technology, generating demand for Digital Media Sales. A focus on the entertainment vertical is preferred but not required. This role covers customers across EMEA, and potentially APAC. Requirements

  • Strong and proven experience in sales, advertising, or marketing with a focus on the Gaming industry, online media, or digital advertising OR Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing and relevant field experience
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration in Sales, Marketing, OR related field AND experience in sales, advertising, or marketing with a focus on online media, or digital advertising OR experience in sales, advertising, or marketing with a focus on online media, or digital advertising OR equivalent experience
  • Experience in online media, digital advertising, or Search Engine Marketing Sales and Service experience
  • Flexibility is required on working hours to cover International timezones
  • Media experience in an ad agency partnership or direct media sales capacity
  • Working knowledge of programmatic execution and understanding of technology e.g. SSP management, video/mobile media products, audience targeting and the programmatic landscape
  • Solid analytical and organizational skills with experience working through cross-functional teams
  • Experience making recommendations to mid- to senior- level executives
