Job Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Snowflake Data & Analytics engineering engagements, from discovery and solution design through implementation and transition to operations
  • Own engagement governance including scope management, delivery planning, risk and issue management, and financial oversight
  • Ensure delivery outcomes meet contractual obligations, quality standards, and client expectations
  • Act as the primary escalation point for engagement-level delivery and technical challenges
  • Serve as the Snowflake solution authority across assigned engagements
  • Lead architecture definition, design reviews, and technical governance for Snowflake implementations
  • Advise clients on modern data platform strategies, analytics architectures, and Snowflake adoption best practices
  • Define, maintain, and enforce Snowflake delivery standards, reference architectures, and methodologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline
  • 8+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data platform delivery
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience delivering Snowflake implementations in enterprise environments
  • Proven experience leading consulting engagements within a system integrator, advisory firm, or Big environment
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple workstreams, teams, and client stakeholders
  • Strong expertise in Snowflake architecture, performance tuning, and cost optimization
  • Advanced SQL and strong understanding of data warehousing and analytics modeling techniques
  • Experience with ELT/ETL frameworks and tools (e.g., dbt, Informatica, Matillion, Fivetran, Airflow)
  • Experience integrating Snowflake with BI and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, SAP Analytics)
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, data governance, and security best practices
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing consulting teams
  • Strong client-facing, communication, and executive presentation skills
