Job Description:

Join our dedicated Snow Removal team, where you’ll be at the forefront of keeping our communities and businesses safe and accessible during the winter months. Our team is equipped with the latest tools and heavy equipment to effectively clear sidewalks, parking lots, commercial buildings, and multi-family projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Hand Crew: Sweep or blow walkways clear of snow and ice
  • Remove snow manually &/or operating snow removal equipment such as snow shovels, scrapers, leaf blowers, snow blowers and other hand tools
  • Apply ice melt products
  • Operator: Conduct pre-shift inspections and maintenance on all vehicles and equipment
  • Proficiently and safely use snow removal equipment such as plows, skid steers and loaders, and other equipment to perform snow removal
  • Apply ice melt products
  • Sanders (Trucking): Conduct pre-shift inspections and maintenance on all vehicles
  • Proficiently and safely use snow removal equipment

Requirements:

  • Early morning starts, extended hours, and weekend or holiday work
  • Participate in all required safety training and safety meetings
  • Follow safety procedures and report any hazards, incidents, or injuries as required by company policy and legislation
  • For Sanders (Trucking): Class 3 for single axle or Class 5 for truck and trailer
