We are looking for an SMM Manager to join the Employer Brand team and help make the JatApp brand more visible, grow our presence on social media, and spark engaging discussions. This role is more than just managing pages — we value flexibility, initiative, experimentation, and content that resonates with the audience. On our side, you will always have topics for communication and an openness to new ideas and testing unconventional approaches.

Job Responsibility:

  • Preparing posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok
  • Creating Reels, Stories, and posts in various formats
  • Developing scripts for videos and interactive content
  • Writing creative briefs for visuals and ensure quality control, adhering to the brand book
  • Monitoring post and content performance, track metrics
  • Analyzing campaign effectiveness and make adjustments to the content strategy
  • Filming and edit videos during events
  • Creating social media content based on events
  • Developing materials for the website based on the social media content plan

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience as an SMM or Digital Communication Manager
  • Strategic planning (SMM strategy, content strategy)
  • Content marketing (content creation, writing briefs for designers, video scripts)
  • Social media management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Influencer marketing (finding and collaborating with experts and influencers)
  • Community management (moderating audience and comments, handling crises)

Nice to have:

  • Experience running targeted ads (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Experience in IT
