Job Description:

Responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for business growth, and build up portfolio.

Job Responsibility:

  • Approach potential customers to establish positive relationships
  • Build and develop SMEs portfolio to achieve the set targets and increase revenue
  • Assisting with generating new business and Identifying opportunities
  • Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes
  • Conduct customers call / site visits
  • Analyze customer’s credit worthiness to provide the appropriate financial package and ensure proper addressed credit terms and conditions
  • Ensure consistent follow up and closely monitors past dues to take required actions for maintaining quality and growth
  • Monitor practices of competition and report findings to unit heads

Requirements:

  • Minimum experience 2 years in financial institutions

  • coordinate updates with SMEs and communicate changes clearly to the field

  • Field insights & continuous improvement: Build relationships and a regular feedback loop with Relationship Managers, Private Bankers, and partner teams to understand what colleagues need to succeed
