Job Description:

This is a hands on sales leadership role where you will own the SME revenue number while leading and developing a team of Sales Associates and Sales Executives. The business operates in a high growth SaaS market and is continuing to invest in its commercial team as demand for its platform increases.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own and deliver the SME revenue target
  • Coach live discovery, demo and negotiation calls
  • Improve conversion rates, pipeline health and ARR growth
  • Run deal clinics, skills sessions and performance reviews
  • Work closely with Revenue Operations, Marketing and Partnerships
  • Ensure strong CRM discipline and consistent sales processes

Requirements:

  • SaaS experience is essential
  • Within a commutable distance of the Leeds / West Yorkshire area
  • Leadership mindset
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Genuine passion for coaching and developing others
  • SaaS sales background

Nice to have:

  • Open to an existing Sales Manager who has led even a small team such as 1 SDR or Sales Executive
  • Open to a high performing SaaS individual contributor who is ready to step into their first management role
