This is a hands on sales leadership role where you will own the SME revenue number while leading and developing a team of Sales Associates and Sales Executives. The business operates in a high growth SaaS market and is continuing to invest in its commercial team as demand for its platform increases.
Job Responsibility:
Own and deliver the SME revenue target
Coach live discovery, demo and negotiation calls
Improve conversion rates, pipeline health and ARR growth
Run deal clinics, skills sessions and performance reviews
Work closely with Revenue Operations, Marketing and Partnerships
Ensure strong CRM discipline and consistent sales processes
Requirements:
SaaS experience is essential
Within a commutable distance of the Leeds / West Yorkshire area
Leadership mindset
Strong commercial awareness
Genuine passion for coaching and developing others
SaaS sales background
Nice to have:
Open to an existing Sales Manager who has led even a small team such as 1 SDR or Sales Executive
Open to a high performing SaaS individual contributor who is ready to step into their first management role
