Develop & maintain an accurate Latam and Global prospect/sales pipeline daily of all sales activities, leads and interactions using Salesforce CRM system
Conduct targeted outbound prospecting efforts to identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, and other channels
Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and goals, and effectively communicate how our product/service can address their specific requirements
Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
Deliver persuasive and compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the unique value proposition of our product/service
Adopt a consultative & mature approach, engaging with senior decision-makers about strategic market trends, industry progression and online developments
Ensure consistency in introductions/proposals to prospects, including market sector targeting, product offer development, features-benefits-solutions selling
Attend appropriate client and industry, in person and virtual, events to enhance new and existing relationships acting as a point of knowledge and expertise
Engage in continuous development and learning opportunities through Awin Academy, webinars, and more
Drive and oversee the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to a signed contract and internal handoff
Requirements:
Required to go into the office at least once per week or as needed depending on client meetings, events, etc.
Strong networking and interpersonal skills with ability to work harmoniously and effectively as part of a work team
Confident communicator who is comfortable interacting with clients via telephone and email
Results-orientation and drive to maximize both financial and career opportunities
Ability to work in a fast-paced & dynamic environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer literacy including all MS Office applications and Salesforce
