The SME Sales Manager Americas is a key position dedicated to expanding Awin’s influence and accelerating growth within The Americas region. This strategic role centers on educating and guiding small and medium-sized advertisers, helping them understand the unique value proposition offered by Awin’s affiliate marketing platform and managed services. This role requires identifying and engaging with prospective advertisers, establishing strong relationships, and presenting tailored solutions that highlight the platform’s ability to drive performance and foster business growth.
Job Responsibility:
Qualify leads by gaining a clear understanding of their needs, challenges, and goals, and communicating effectively how Awin’s product or service can directly address those specific requirements
Employ a consultative and mature sales approach, engaging senior decision-makers in discussions about strategic market trends, industry advancements, and developments in online marketing
Deliver persuasive and impactful sales presentations and demonstrations that showcase the unique value of Awin’s products and services
Manage and oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting through to contract signing and internal handoff
Develop and maintain an accurate and up-to-date North America and global prospect and sales pipeline, recording all sales activities, leads, and interactions daily using Gong, Lead IQ, and the Salesforce CRM system
Conduct targeted outbound prospecting efforts to identify and engage potential clients using cold calls, emails, and other communication channels
Requirements:
Three to five years of direct sales experience, ideally within affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or SaaS product industries
A strong goal orientation and drive to maximize both financial and career growth
Confidence in communication, with the ability to interact with clients via teleconferencing and in person
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a team
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in computer literacy, including all MS Office applications and Salesforce
