Job Description:

The Subject Matter Expert (SME) will be the principal authority/master of our digital products in a dedicated area and provide technical support to our internal and external clients. The SME for Programmatic will work with teams to monitor, track, and deliver programmatic executions, including assessing performance, average clearing price and optimizing accordingly.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide excellent client service and technical support to programmatic demand clients
  • Act as second-level technical/SME point of contact for technical resolution
  • Assist clients with PMP setup, troubleshooting, and prepare campaign reporting and analysis
  • Work with teams to spec out customization opportunities and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Create and contribute to technical documents and FAQs
  • Effectively manage up strategy conversation within teams
  • Build strong client relationships with proactive communication
  • Proactively up-sell additional targeting strategies and idea generation
  • Contribute to all aspects of programmatic campaign implementation, management, and cross-promoting
  • Provide proposal builds/media plans for high value campaigns
  • Communicate value proposition of various programs and provide solutions to technical concepts
  • Determine root causes for customer successes and failures
  • Monitor, track, and deliver programmatic executions including assessing performance and optimizing
  • Lead or assist in training, mentoring, and developing team members

Requirements:

  • BE/BSc Computer Science degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 3-5 years' experience in digital/online advertising, agency project management, and/or mobile or related environment
  • 3-5 years of technical account management experience with a digital/mobile ad sales platform or a DSP
  • Experience with online media buying and selling processes
  • Strong technical aptitude and deep knowledge of ad tech technologies (ad serving, rich media, search management, video, mobile, RTB, google analytics, AdWords, programmatic buying, ad exchanges, data targeting)
  • Familiarity with programmatic and DSP platforms
  • Knowledge of DCM and various third-party ad serving platforms
  • Ability to troubleshoot with DSPs and trading desks
  • SaaS platform experience (The Trade Desk, SiteScout, AppNexus, DataXu, Google AdWords, KenShoo, MatchCraft, SalesForce, BlueKai, Excelate, Proximic)
  • Strong technical writing skills
  • Superior written and oral communication skills
