Job Description:

To support the team during a maternity leave period, handling SME commercial accounts with a focus on renewals, MTAs, and some new business. Initially renewals-heavy to build pipeline.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage SME commercial policies across Motor, Fleet, Shops, Tradesmen, Liability, and BI
  • Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments (MTAs), and occasional new business
  • Provide support to the wider Corporate and Senior broking team
  • Deliver a high standard of service in line with company and FCA guidelines

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a broking/SME handling role (Commercial lines)
  • Strong knowledge of Motor and Fleet policies
  • Experience using Acturis preferred
