As a SMB Publisher Sales Manager for India/English markets on the SMB Publisher Sales Team in our Bangkok office, you’ll play a vital role in driving new business, managing the full sales cycle end-to-end, and onboarding a high volume of publisher partners (websites and online media companies).
Job Responsibility
Identify and engage new publisher partners (online media companies and websites across the open web), building and growing outbound relationships
Meet with prospects and close long-term partnerships, working closely with leadership when needed
Build strong relationships and understand partners’ business models to craft tailored monetization strategies
Develop detailed, data-driven proposals using projection models (Excel/Google Sheets)
Present solutions in a clear and compelling way, both in-person and via video calls
Perform real-time “media math” during conversations to provide accurate revenue estimates and move deals forward
Collaborate with Operations to structure integrations and ensure fast, efficient partner launches
Partner with Account Management to guarantee successful onboarding, retention, and long-term growth
Requirements
Sales Experience is a MUST – essential to have strong sales skills and experience instructing, negotiating and closing deals
*5 Years Plus experience in Sales (Not limited to Digital Advertising/Media or SaaS Industry)
Handle the Full Sales Cycle (from prospecting, lead generation, to closing (pitch, handling the negotiation to signing)
Self Motivated and able to build and manage a robust pipeline
Should have analytical skills and be comfortable working with numbers, metrics, and revenue projections
Should have the ability to translate data into clear business value for clients
Capable of Launching a High Volume of Accounts (10 to 15 launches per month) with a short sales cycle (1-4 days-inbound and 3-14 days-outbound)
Fast learner with the ability to absorb product knowledge and articulate value propositions
Should have excellent communication skills and confident in client-facing interactions
Team Player- has the ability to learn, adapt and build relationships
Tech Savvy and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
Bilingual in English & Hindi (able to speak in Tamil or Telugu, definitely a plus)
Ability to own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and closing deals
