Job Responsibility:
Develop long-term customer relationships, while promoting retention and loyalty
Manage new logos as well as expansion opportunities and renewals process for portfolio of customers
Manage expansion opportunities and renewals process for portfolio of customers
Analyze usage metrics to understand customers’ usage of JFrog’s product (evaluate product adoption)
Contact customers throughout the life cycle to identify potential growth opportunities
Maintain long-term account health and relationships
Work with customers to ensure satisfaction and happiness
Drive product adoption, share best practices and implement growth and optimization strategies for maximum value and success
Use salesforce.com and another sales enablement tools
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in subscription sales role
Experience in managing and owning the full sale cycle from lead to close
