Job Description:

Join our high-performing SMB Sales team and launch your cybersecurity sales career by building meaningful relationships with small and mid-sized businesses who need security solutions they can trust. As an SMB Sales Representative, you'll own the complete sales journey from first contact to closed deal, driving new business acquisition through relentless prospecting and strategic territory development.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive New Customer Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and close net new SMB customers
  • Master Consultative Selling Excellence: Conduct compelling online demos
  • Build Pipeline Mastery: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline
  • Own the Complete Sales Cycle: Identify key decision makers, qualify opportunities
  • Execute Strategic Deal Management: Act strategically in pricing negotiations
  • Champion Product Expertise: Become a master of KnowBe4's complete product portfolio

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales with 1-3 years of software (SaaS) sales experience to Small Medium Businesses
  • Familiarity with IT Security concepts
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM + Gmail
  • Network+ or Security+ certification preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Motivated, energetic self-starter who thrives on prospecting and cold calling
  • Stats-driven business professional
  • Strong teamwork skills combined with ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Thrives in our collaborative 4-day in-office environment
