As SMB Account Executive at Keepit, you will be a key driver of our growth in the Finnish market. You will own the full sales cycle for small and midsized businesses (up to 1000 employees) - from identifying and engaging prospects, to leading demo meetings, and closing new business. This is a fully remote role, with a preferred location in or around Helsinki.
Job Responsibility
Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, nurturing, running, and closing deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers in Finland.
Proactively build and develop your pipeline through outbound prospecting and partner-sourced leads, ensuring accurate forecasting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Identify new opportunities through both direct outreach and by strengthening our partner ecosystem.
Bring a creative, proactive approach to business development, sharing ideas and best practices across the team.
Requirements
Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, ideally with experience in cloud, backup, or infrastructure solutions.
Skilled in managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and demos to closing deals.
Strong relationship builder who earns trust with customers, partners, and key decision-makers.
Commercial mindset with experience selling to SMB and mid-market accounts.
Well-organized and structured, with the ability to forecast and manage pipeline effectively.
Collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive, goal-oriented environment.
Fluent in Finnish and comfortable working in English in an international environment.
