Job Responsibility:
Input and update scheduling data for active and upcoming titles in Smartsheet
Support secondary schedule setup and adjustments for reflows or delivery changes
Maintain dashboards and assist with reporting tasks
Collaborate with Managing Editors to ensure up-to-date and accurate timelines
Contribute to system upkeep and continuous process improvement
Requirements:
Prior experience in publishing operations, production, or managing editorial preferred but not required
Strong organizational, attention to detail, and communication skills
Proficiency in Smartsheet or similar project management tools
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
