Join our team as a Smartsheet Database Administrator on a six-month remote contract, focusing on managing title schedules and supporting publishing operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Input and update scheduling data for active and upcoming titles in Smartsheet
  • Support secondary schedule setup and adjustments for reflows or delivery changes
  • Maintain dashboards and assist with reporting tasks
  • Collaborate with Managing Editors to ensure up-to-date and accurate timelines
  • Contribute to system upkeep and continuous process improvement

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in publishing operations, production, or managing editorial preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational, attention to detail, and communication skills
