Senior Functional Analyst role focusing on the SmartRecruiters platform, involving requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation, and support for recruitment processes and systems.
Job Responsibility:
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders related to recruitment processes and systems
Perform gap analysis between current system capabilities and business needs
Design and propose optimal solutions leveraging SmartRecruiters functionalities
Configure and implement SmartRecruiters modules in line with the approved design
Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption
Analyze new SmartRecruiters releases and features and assess their impact on existing processes
Communicate and cascade new features and enhancements to end users and stakeholders
Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement recommendations for the platform
Develop documentation and user guides for configurations and processes
Requirements:
Strong experience working with SmartRecruiters platform configuration and administration
Good understanding of recruitment processes and ATS systems
Experience in requirement gathering and gap analysis
Ability to translate business needs into system configurations
Knowledge of system integrations and workflows is an advantage
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to analyze and interpret product releases and feature updates
Experience in HR technology or recruitment systems
Exposure to SaaS-based platforms
Prior experience in implementation or consulting roles
