We are seeking a detail-oriented Smart Metering Documentation Specialist to join our team. You will ensure the accuracy and completeness of service appointment documentation, enter data precisely, handle sensitive customer information securely, and collaborate with various departments to gather necessary data. Your efforts will significantly contribute to achieving our KPIs and monthly targets, working closely with colleagues to drive success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Check the documentation of service appointments for correctness and completeness
  • Enter data into the system with great care
  • Handle sensitive customer data with confidence and structure them properly
  • Get in touch with other departments to collect necessary data
  • Contribute to achieving KPIs and monthly targets by working closely with colleagues

Requirements:

  • Strong communicator and a team player
  • Fast but careful way of working
  • Quick perception and ability to get familiar with new software tools
  • Shows initiative and provides important input with ideas
  • English is required
  • Basic German language A1-A2
