The Customer Operations South EMEA unit, within Gridspertise, is looking for a Smart Meter Technical Support. Job Responsibility:

  • Provide local and remote technical support to all the internal and external stakeholders of the relevant perimeter (Troubleshooting)
  • Provide local and remote operation support to all the internal and external stakeholders of the relevant perimeter
  • Provide first level and specialized support to the relevant functions
  • Lead and train the relevant stakeholders in technical activities (use of devices, remote systems, tools, etc.) interacting with multidisciplinary groups from different countries
  • Support initial and critical phases of new projects/contracts (installation, commissioning, fine-tuning, KPIs achievement, etc.)
  • Manage and support pilots and PoCs

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Electric, Electronic or Telecommunication Engineering
  • 2 or more years in job experience related to Smart Meter (Telegestione)
  • Knowledge of distribution network systems and grid operations
  • Knowledge of Standard Protocol Communication (DLMS, PRIME, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Technical standards and regulations applicable for smart meter devices
  • Knowledge of TLC networks operation (3G, 4G, 5G, TCP/IP, etc.)
  • English (at least B2)

Nice to have:

any other foreign language would be considered a plus
