Job Responsibility

Oversee the full lifecycle of small works, managing projects from the initial remedial report or client request through to completion
Identify technical solutions, determining whether works should be completed by the internal team of engineers or via external subcontractors
Lead and guide onsite teams, using strong communication skills to drive performance and maintain high standards
Manage subcontractors and suppliers, adapting your approach to ensure external partners deliver on time and to specification
Prioritise administration, providing detailed updates to the Operations Manager and ensuring all project paperwork is accurate and up to date
Finalise and sign off works, taking responsibility for the quality and compliance of every project delivered on-site.
