Small-Medium Enterprise Business Developer in the career transition services industry, driving 100% outbound sales efforts to help organizations support their transitioning employees. Engaging HR Leaders and Business Owners, positioning career transition solutions as strategic investments in workforce resilience. Prospecting new clients, building lasting relationships, and leveraging innovative sales technology to manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation.
Job Responsibility:
Drive 100% outbound sales through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and virtual networking
Build and manage a qualified pipeline of HR and Talent leaders in small to mid-sized companies
Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals that highlight the ROI of outplacement services
Lead RFP responses and contract negotiations in alignment with pricing and service guidelines
Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Managers, SDRs, and Client Partners to ensure seamless service execution
Utilize Salesforce for lead tracking, opportunity management, and reporting
Apply sales tools to optimize outreach and engagement
Track and analyze engagement data to refine messaging and improve conversion rates
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling to HR, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations leaders
Proven track record in outbound sales and new business development
Experience in workforce solutions, HR tech, or professional services preferred
Proficiency in Salesforce and sales automation tools
Skilled in using data enrichment tools and conversation intelligence platforms
Comfortable with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and virtual selling environments
Strong digital communication and CRM hygiene practices
Tenacious prospector with consultative empathetic selling approach
Self-starter with high activity levels and bias for action
Excellent communicator and storyteller with strong negotiation skills
Collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous learning
