Requirements

Proven dealership experience or service technician background in small engine or equipment repair
Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in schematics, electrical systems, welding, soldering, and diesel engine repair
Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly
Valid experience in equipment repair including generators or similar machinery is preferred

Job Responsibility

Diagnose and repair small engines, handheld power tools, and related equipment using schematics and technical manuals
Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tune-ups, and safety inspections on small engines and handheld devices
Conduct electrical troubleshooting and repairs involving electrical systems, wiring, switches, and generators
Collaborate with service advisor to explain repairs, recommend maintenance solutions, and ensure excellent customer service experience
Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports for all repairs performed
