Job Responsibility:
Acknowledge local market specifics and lead efforts to meet customer needs within the omni ecosystem, ensuring a seamless shopping experience through inspiring home furnishing solutions and services.
Lead and empower a multiskilled team to promote and sell prioritized range and services aligned with the commercial calendar, through strong customer interactions, sales steering, availability, and impactful range presentation.
Secure effective, qualitative, and efficient daily operations within the assigned area of responsibility, contributing to customer satisfaction, goal achievement, and business standards, including Manager on Duty responsibilities when applicable.
Ensure compliance and a safe work environment by maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workplace, adhering to IKEA's Code of Conduct, internal policies, and local health, safety, business, and environmental regulations.
Take the lead in identifying, recruiting, retaining, and developing talent within the assigned scope, building a diverse and high-performing team capable of delivering results and ensuring future succession.
Requirements:
Experience of working in a commercial environment.
Experience of working in a customer-oriented business.
Experience of actively selling by understanding customers and their needs.
