Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Lead the alignment of the unit operating model with local market needs and the IKEA brand identity
Lead commercial strategy execution
Implement and oversee the commercial action plan
Enhance customer experience across channels
Secure excellence in end-to-end unit operations with focus on retail foundation, services execution, quality, productivity improvements as well as cost optimization
Develop and empower the team
Lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team

Requirements:

Core-area competence & proven success of core area OMNI business KPI and result delivery in complex multichannel environment
Strong customer centric thinking and fast adaptability to drive high-volume business and financial acumen to delivery strong performance, P&L result and maximize efficiency
Ability on project management
Creating communications with impact inside & outside
Strong collaborative leadership to cooperate with all key stakeholders incl. Metro market managers, project team, unit SSG team as well as the representatives from landlord & governments
Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English
