Strategic and operationally minded leader to join Small & Business Banking organization to lead critical Sales Planning functions. Responsible for building and guiding a high-performing team that drives process innovation, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation across all customer engagement channels.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee Sales Execution Risk, Coverage Model Design & Execution, and banker compensation plan
Optimize the end-to-end sales process
Build and guide a high-performing team
Drive process innovation, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation across all customer engagement channels
Oversee coverage model, banker staffing, and placement of bankers
Lead centralized support team for banker activities
Map and improve sales process from lead generation to post-sale handoff
Design sales compensation and incentive plans
Provide oversight of risk activities including issues management and controls execution
Develop and maintain banker productivity program
Requirements:
8+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, including Management or leadership experience
4+ years of management or leadership experience
Deep understanding of Small and/or Business Banking and Lending
Experience leading a team focused on business segment strategy, profitability and revenue generating opportunities
8+ years of experience in sales operations, business execution, or related fields, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role
Proven experience leading large, cross-functional teams and driving enterprise-level process improvements
Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and data-driven decision-making
Demonstrated ability to design and implement sales compensation and incentive programs
Experience managing risk and compliance programs in a sales or financial services environment
Experience with building and develop a high-performing team culture focused on innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have:
