Job Description:

Lead Business Execution Consultant within Small & Business Banking working directly with Regional Small Business Banking Directors and Small Business Banking Relationship Management Managers to drive sales performance that leads to small & business banking growth. Promotes/supports execution of business growth programs, improves client acquisition techniques, and identifies opportunities to improve sales effectiveness.

Job Responsibility:

  • Key consultant with sales leadership team and partners on activities to drive Small & Business Banking sales plan
  • Conduct monthly business reviews with Directors, quarterly reviews with Relationship Management Managers to drive accountability
  • Ensure adoption of client sales process, consistent usage of tools and resources
  • Execute Small & Business Banking priorities with leadership including alignment of growth strategies
  • Ensure adherence to compliance regulations and policies within Small & Business Banking growth strategy
  • Act as key consultant to identify trends, recognize performance gaps and creating strategic solutions
  • Assess and leverage all reporting data and analytics to inform coaching and recommendations
  • Influencing Directors & RMMs on ability to diagnose opportunities and implement actionable steps
  • Facilitate best practice group sessions
  • Participating and leading in customer and employee facing pilots
  • Serve as an early adopter and expert in learnings

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Knowledge of the Proactive Advocate Conversation tool and how to drive performance in Small & Business Banking
  • Expert in understanding of the behavior framework, management cycle, and small & business banking activities
  • Understanding of the Small & Business P&L/scorecard and how to identify areas for improvement
  • Proven ability to coach others, driving behavior change and large-scale training intrinsics
  • Strong coaching, partnership, and influence skills to guide prioritization and effective skill execution at multiple levels
  • Ability to communicate the why, show coach, practice, and guide effective behavior execution
  • Proven written, oral, and presentation skills, including dynamic and engaging workshop facilitation
  • Highly organized to deliver in a dynamic environment with competing priorities
  • Effectively self-manage, using effective organizational capabilities and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience as a Relationship Management Manager or have had Performance Management coaching experience
