Job Description:

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused Slot Host to join our Electronic Gaming team. You’ll be the friendly face of the slots floor, and will be responsible for creating and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests, ensuring the smooth running of all electronic gaming operations and providing the highest level of customer service.

Job Responsibility:

  • Welcome and assist guests in using slot machines and electronic games
  • Provide guidance on gameplay, machine features, and promotions
  • Monitor the slots area to ensure machines are functioning correctly
  • Respond to guest enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Liaise with the technical, security, and gaming teams as needed

Requirements:

  • You must have one year of experience working as a Slot Host in a similar environment
  • Confidence using technology and explaining it to others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, approachable, and professional attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
  • Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends
  • You must be over 18 years of age
