Job Description

This position is primarily guest service out on the gaming floor and assisting with basic gaming machine functions including detailed paperwork requirements, accurate data entry, and money counting skills. All positions within 7 CLANS CASINOS are responsible for the overall maintaining of excellent guest services, efficient productivity, and providing an orderly, safe, and exciting workplace.

Job Responsibility

  • Greet guest and team members eagerly upon arrival
  • Maintain a proactive guest service approach
  • Remember regular players by name
  • Assist with guest questions regarding promotions, events, specials, areas, and locations
  • Maintain attendance to ensure coverage
  • Distribute Player’s Club membership forms and assist guests with completion
  • Check in and out appropriate keys and radio
  • Ensure all gaming machines are up and running, clearing bill jams, paper issues
  • Account and verify all monetary items (including jackpot payouts), documentation, and required signatures
  • Perform duties in accordance with company handbook, policies, and applicable laws and gaming regulations
  • Maintain Departmental log(s) noting unusual occurrences, incidents, equipment failures, safety issues, disputes
  • Keep informed of company information and communications

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Guest Services experience preferred
  • Must be punctual and dependable
  • Read, write legibly, and speak the English language
