Job Description:

This position is primarily guest service on the gaming floor and assisting with basic gaming machine functions including detailed paperwork, accurate data entry, and money counting. Responsible for overall excellent guest services, efficient productivity, and providing a safe workplace. Responsible for the success of the Player’s Club.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greet guests and team members eagerly
  • Assist guests with questions regarding promotions, events, and locations
  • Maintain attendance to ensure coverage
  • Distribute and assist with Player’s Club membership forms
  • Check in/out keys and radio
  • Ensure gaming machines are operational, clear bill jams and paper issues
  • Account and verify monetary items and jackpot payouts
  • Maintain departmental logs noting unusual occurrences
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and gaming regulations
  • Protect company value by keeping information confidential
  • Establish positive relationships with team members

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Guest Services experience preferred
  • Must be punctual and dependable
  • Read, write legibly, and speak the English language
  • Must be able to communicate over intercom system
  • Must be willing and able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Required to pass a drug test and obtain/maintain a gaming license from Otoe Missouria Gaming Commission
  • Must be able to provide documents to work in the United States
  • Must be able to lift at least 20 lbs and push/pull/drag up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
