Job Responsibility

Assisting in maintaining a clean and organised site by disposing of waste and ensuring materials are properly stored
Assisting with the loading and unloading of construction materials and equipment as required
Operating basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectively under the guidance of experienced personnel
Providing general labouring support across the site as needed
Following all health and safety guidelines and site protocols, including wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment, ensuring they are stored properly when not in use
Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors, reporting any issues, hazards, or safety concerns promptly
Supporting the general upkeep of site facilities and office areas
Assisting with the maintenance and minor repairs of the welfare area
