Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Slinger/Banksman to support lifting operations within our busy precast concrete factory in Skelmersdale. You’ll work closely with the Telehandler Driver to ensure safe, efficient movement of materials and precast units.

Job Responsibility:

  • Slinging and guiding loads during lifting operations
  • Supporting the Telehandler Driver with safe movements around the yard and factory
  • Communicating clearly using hand signals and radio
  • Checking lifting gear and reporting defects
  • Following all site safety procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Slinger/Banksman
  • Valid Slinger/Banksman certification (NPORS, CPCS or equivalent)
