Job Description:

SLED (State, Local Government, and Education) Enterprise Account Manager responsible for building and managing relationships with key accounts in the SLED sector, driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction with our solutions. This role covers non-named accounts in the Eastern half of the United States.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with SLED clients at the enterprise level
  • Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities within assigned territory
  • Create and execute strategic account plans to expand business footprint
  • Serve as primary point of contact for SLED customers
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline
  • Lead contract negotiations
  • Represent company at industry events and conferences

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • advanced degree preferred
  • 6+ years of enterprise account management and/or sales experience
  • proven record of success in the SLED sector
