Job Description

We are seeking a Slack IT Engineer with deep expertise in Slack administration, automation, and API development to enhance collaboration and productivity within our enterprise organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Slack at scale, designing secure and compliant solutions, and leveraging AI-driven automation to optimize workflows. You will collaborate with IT, security, and engineering teams to build and maintain a robust Slack ecosystem, integrating it with other enterprise systems and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise Slack administration, including security, compliance, and governance

  • Experience with agent-based automation and AI-driven strategies within Slack to improve productivity
  • Strong understanding of API design principles and experience integrating Slack with enterprise applications
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and ability to drive innovation in collaboration technologies
