The Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Cook 2 to join our culinary team. Our cooks prepare food items of consistent quality according to guest orders following recipe, as well as production, portion, and presentation standards; strong knowledge of health codes and full understanding of all knife cuts and animal breakdown.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare food items of consistent quality according to guest orders following recipe, production, portion, and presentation standards
Complete mise en place and set-up station for lunch and/or dinner service
Operate, uphold and properly clean kitchen equipment while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment
Requirements:
Ability to learn a new station fully and effectively within one month
Strong interpersonal and team player skills
Work authorization in the United States
