Randstad Inhouse, Specialty Pharma, for a multinational company in consumer healthcare sector is looking for a Skin Health Assistant Scientist

Job Responsibility:

  • Create and manage development briefs with external partners and suppliers, including core houses, ensuring all requirements are clearly communicated and documented
  • Coordinate the preparation of samples, including the preparation of necessary documents and shipment logistics for GxP studies and trade samples
  • Monitor and follow up on fragrance rework projects in collaboration with business partners and the R&D team, ensuring timely and effective communication
  • Prepare and complete dossiers for the release of batches, working closely with Quality and Compliance (Q&C) to ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date

Requirements:

  • University or higher degree
  • Advanced English (read, write and speak), minimum C1 level
  • Ability to work independently, organize and execute assigned tasks efficiently, and manage communication flow for multiple initiatives
  • Strong ability to monitor timelines, identify and escalate risks, and troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Previous experience in laboratory, formula development and/or project management will be a differential factor
