Job Responsibility
Engaging with Skills Families across VLO for learning & development programs
Design & deliver learning and development programs locally
Design, plan and deliver skill development agenda for Corporate Functions align with business strategy
Being a trusted partner for the relevant business units for learning & development initiatives
Management of internal trainers ecosystem
Prepare and manage annual budget for the responsible areas
Vendor management during the program’s design & delivery phases
Learning System Administration & All Reporting Activities
Monitor success of skill development programs (experience, quality, learning transfer, business impact)
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development
Applied knowledge of the training design & delivery process
Project management skills
Vendors /content providers management
Stakeholders’ management
Customer Focus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
