Job Responsibility

  • Engaging with Skills Families across VLO for learning & development programs
  • Design & deliver learning and development programs locally
  • Design, plan and deliver skill development agenda for Corporate Functions align with business strategy
  • Being a trusted partner for the relevant business units for learning & development initiatives
  • Management of internal trainers ecosystem
  • Prepare and manage annual budget for the responsible areas
  • Vendor management during the program’s design & delivery phases
  • Learning System Administration & All Reporting Activities
  • Monitor success of skill development programs (experience, quality, learning transfer, business impact)

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development
  • Applied knowledge of the training design & delivery process
