Forget the monotonous production lines. We are looking for a precision-focused TIG Welder to join our team in Ellesmere. This role is about integrity, aesthetics, and technical skill. You will be working primarily with Stainless Steel, focused on pressure vessels and high-pressure washing systems. If you enjoy work where every weld is critical and quality is the primary metric, this is the workshop for you.

Job Responsibility:

High-Spec Welding: Precision TIG welding on stainless steel components
Pressure-Critical Work: Fabricating parts for refrigeration or pressure-wash systems
Technical Interpretation: Working from blueprints and schematics to build custom or low-volume units
Quality Control: Ensuring all welds meet pressure-testing standards

Requirements:

Proven experience in TIG welding (specifically Stainless Steel)
Experience in pressure vessels, refrigeration, or hydraulic systems is highly desirable
A 'measure twice, weld once' attitude
Comfortable working independently on complex assemblies
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK
