Skilled Technician - Aircraft Training Provided

• Complete maintenance tasks on aircraft and components under supervision, meeting all quality standards and time requirements
• Maintain a safe working environment through strict adherence to safety protocols and housekeeping standards
• Sign off completed work within your approval scope
• Occasionally operate and drive various vehicles, including mechanical handling equipment, lifting equipment, and elevated work platforms (within permit limitations)
• Actively identify and suggest improvements to work tasks, processes, and environment
• Support the delivery of BAEG objectives
• Work in confined spaces as required (such as fuel tanks)

• Completion of a recognised Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent qualification (essential)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proven hand skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and maintenance manuals
• Ability to obtain and maintain airport restricted zone access
• Experience working in technical environments requiring precision and attention to detail
• Computer literacy with experience using technical documentation systems
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and maintenance needs
• Uncompromising commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
• Self-motivation and initiative to work efficiently
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Basic problem-solving skills to troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Candidates must have right to live and work in the United Kingdom

Experience from automotive, rail, marine, or industrial maintenance

• Annual shift allowance of £4,450
