Right now, we’re looking for a hands-on, reliable Skilled Operator to join our Production Team at our Crewkerne facility. As a key player in the production process, you’ll be responsible for the accurate preparation and packing of our product– the critical base of our product line. Your role will involve operating packing equipment, monitoring quality standards, maintaining hygiene protocols, and ensuring efficient, on-time supply to downstream production. Job Responsibility

  • Operate and maintain filling machines and associated equipment
  • Accurately follow production schedules and ensure product meets quality attributes
  • Conduct routine quality checks and maintain traceability records
  • Collaborate with production and QA teams to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Assist with inventory, stock rotation, and general plant support
