Job Description:

We are looking for reliable, hands‑on Skilled Operatives to join our busy precast concrete manufacturing facility in Skelmersdale. You’ll be working as part of a production team creating high‑quality precast concrete units for major construction and infrastructure projects. This is a physical, fast‑paced role suited to someone who is practical, safety‑conscious, and confident working with tools, machinery, and technical instructions. Location: Skelmersdale - Precast Manufacturing Factory Pay Rate: Competitive rates Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–18:00 Right to Work: You MUST have the legal right to work in the UK

Job Responsibility:

  • Assisting with daily precast production
  • Using hand tools and factory equipment
  • Preparing moulds, reinforcement and materials
  • Pouring, finishing and quality‑checking concrete products
  • Following health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately
  • Reading and interpreting drawings
  • Basic joinery or shuttering experience
  • Forklift experience/licence
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
