Getting the Job Done: Handling manual tasks like digging, lifting, and loading/unloading vehicles. Plant & Tools: Using and looking after small tools and heavy plant equipment, making sure everything is stored safely and reported if faulty. Safety First: Following site instructions to the letter and using your PPE properly. We want you to speak up if you see a way to make the site safer. Teamwork: Working closely with the Site Supervisor and Foreman, and helping out less experienced workers when they need a hand. Professionalism: Turning up on time, properly equipped, and ready to work to the high standards you've gained through your experience.
