Job Description:

Ongoing Skilled Industrial Services Labourers needed for Garden Island Sydney Location. Responsibilities include industrial cleaning, waste management, and maritime support. Must have relevant tickets, physical fitness, and commitment to safety. Start date TBA.

Job Responsibility:

Operating high-pressure hoses and pumps for industrial cleaning tasks
Utilising vacuum trucks for waste removal and management
Performing industrial high-pressure cleaning of various surfaces and equipment
Conducting de-watering operations, including cleaning trucks that pump, treat, and recirculate water
Supporting the maintenance and repair of maritime vessels and related infrastructure

Requirements:

Current Sydney Water Confined Space Ticket WHSMS0068
Current Working at Heights Ticket
Hepatitis A & B and Tetanus vaccinations
Current First Aid Certificate
Federal Police Check
Physically fit and reliable with a strong work ethic
Unwavering commitment to safety procedures
Ability to work flexibly, adapting to varying work schedules based on operational needs
Ability to pass a physical fitness assessment, drug and alcohol test

Nice to have:

Current DCAC (Defence Common Access Card) Pass for island access
HR License
Previous experience in industrial high-pressure cleaning and de-watering
