Job Description:

Ballycommon are currently seeking an experienced Skilled Groundworker to join our team on a new build housing project in Leighton Buzzard.

Job Responsibility:

  • All aspects of groundworks on new build housing sites
  • Preparing and laying foundations, drainage, and services
  • Kerbing, slabbing, concreting, and finishing works
  • Working to site health & safety standards

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Groundworker on new build housing
  • Must have 2 checkable references & Right to Work in UK
  • Be reliable and punctual
  • Valid CSCS card (preferred)
  • Full PPE and own tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full PPE (Hard hat, High-vis, steel cap boots) to be worn on site at all times
