Requirements

Previous butchery and knife skills experience
Able to maintain concentration and consistently high standards in a fast paced food manufacturing environment
Able to understand detailed training and follow guidance and instructions
Food Safety Level 2 is desirable, but can be trained at site

Job Responsibility

Work on the deboning line removing small bones from primals of fresh meat
Work towards the site objective of providing high quality products in a safe, efficient and hygienic environment
Follow training in food safety to ensure high quality, food safe products are produced
Ensure health and safety processes are maintained to create a safe working environment
Use a knife or bladed machine to prepare primal for trimming
Focus on completing tasks efficiently in order to reduce waste and downtime
